The services of my site are geared to help those of you 50+ age who either are anticipating hugh career change at midlife, or are wanting to retire and don't know what that may mean to your lifestyle or life, for that matter!.
No matter if you are coming from a very stable financial or work related base, whenever you get into the new territory of change ----- uncertainty happens. Uncertainty breeds fear, and fear tends to stop motivation, and creative decision-making necessary for change, just doesn't happen. Instead, you become stopped in moving yourself forward, and do nothing. Exactly what you don't want to happen.
My job is to coach you through a strange transition period that takes you from a comfort zone (even if you don't like what you are doing or are facing the joy of retirement) through that uncomfortable spot of indecision, and then continue to coach by example, observation, motivation, back to the certainty of moving forward with your new found career or leisure lifestyle.

My objective as your coach is to expand your awareness - coaching you through the process of transforming any chaos (real or imagined) into order --- so what needs to be done becomes obvious and natural.
