Individual Coaching - a 30-60-90 day program (*depending on the individual may extend to 120 days or the 4th month).

Coaching designed with a beginning - middle - and end

--First session covers some objective and subjective assessments.

--First part of the program is about discovery of what you want to be, do, and become. Day (1-49)

--Second part is devoted to getting there. (Day 50-90)

Fee Structure: $485* for initial month (4-weeks) followed by $385 (3-weeks) for two additional months to complete program.

*Materials (text book and work book) included.

--We can arrange a tele-group with a bridgeline (phone number and access code and work together by phone

--We can arrange a small group within my office or a facility of your choice.

Interview coaching - designed to script hard to form -- answers that can be used as ammunition to answer virtually any interviewing questions. Be prepared with detailed work-related stories necessary to ace the "behavioral interview" questions. Learn questions and phrases that can turn an interview from an interrogation to collaboration.

--Career Branding --Identify the three things about you that are great and offer your special edge

-- Use of the Career Coach Academy Interviewing-R.O.I.™ Formula to design scripts that can be used as ammunition to answer virtually any interviewing questions. Be prepared with detailed work-related stories necessary to ace the "behavioral interview" questions. Learn questions and phrases that can turn an interview from an interrogation to collaboration. Know what to watch for in salary negotiations.

-- Role-play behavior-based questions with your coach. Prepare yourself for negative questions. (2-part session)

Resume - Collection of data for your resume to identify your most marketable skill set, accomplishments, and tangible examples that document key strengths. Composition and design of resume and cover letter for companies. Conversion of resume to ASCII text for emailing or posting at corporate Web sites. (Individual estimate for writing services is provided after target is determined.
